Exec Appointments
25% of preferred candidate’s basic salary made up of 2 payments:
i) £10,000 commencement fee
ii) Remaining fee upon candidate appointment
Non Exec Appointments
£25,000 flat fee made up of 2 payments:
i) £10,000 commencement fee
ii) Remaining fee upon candidate appointment
Interim Appointments
20% of preferred candidate’s charge rate
