Consultative & Strategic Briefing – we learn all about our client, thoroughly consult with them on the role they wish to hire, provide appropriate challenge where necessary, ensure all stakeholders are aligned and strategise on how to present the opportunity to attract maximum interest in the candidate marketplace.

Rigorous Search Process – we deeply research our clients’ market, typically conducting 100+ hours of candidate research to unearth those rare prospective candidates who can help our client move the needle. We approach, thoroughly qualify and engage these prospective candidates, positioning the opportunity in the best light to generate real interest and introduce you to the best suited individuals.

Pace & Urgency – we operate at pace and with urgency, typically shortlisting positions within 3 weeks of engagement and completing searches within 6 to 10 weeks of engagement.

Straight Forward Fee Structure – we are straight forward in the way we work with clients. This includes our straight forward fee structure. We simply charge a £10,000 retainer fee to run and manage the search and then the success fee when we have helped our client hire the preferred candidate.
