Personal and dedicated

We are a boutique search firm with the personal touch. Owner and Managing Partner, Danny Vanner, manages all searches for our clients. Danny is truly dedicated, cares about delivering and works tirelessly to help our clients recruit the right leaders.

Consultative briefing

We learn all about our client, thoroughly consult with them on the role they wish to hire, provide appropriate challenge where necessary, ensure all stakeholders are aligned and strategise on how to present the opportunity to attract maximum interest in the candidate marketplace.

Rigorous search process

We deeply research our clients’ market, typically conducting 100+ hours of candidate research to unearth those rare prospective candidates who can help our client move the needle. We approach, thoroughly qualify and engage these prospective candidates, positioning the opportunity in the best light to generate real interest and introduce you to the best suited individuals.

Pace & urgency

We operate at pace and with urgency, typically shortlisting positions within 3 weeks of engagement and completing searches within 6 to 10 weeks of engagement.

Results based fee structure

We charge a £10,000 retainer to run and manage the search and then the remainder of the fee only when we have helped our client hire the preferred candidate.
